clip and scrap when sound recording from loopy hd

my problem is when i play the sound in loopy hd the sound is clear and really good
Audiobus input loopy hd , effect nothing, output Beatmaker 2.
But when i start beatmaker2 in audiobus the clear sound change with clips and scratch like the sound quality is going down.
What do i wrong????? when i start Musicmaker instead of Beatmaker 2 the sound is the same clear and really good. but i hate the sequencer in musicmaker. I want work with beatmaker 2 .that was the reason to buy it because of the relly good sequencer.
Know i am dissapointed, to work with it.
First i thougt that the begin and end of the samples are the reason of the clips and scratch.
But musicmaker show me that this is not the reason.
Please help!!!
I read in this forum to put the latency to 512 in audiobus, but nothing happens. always the cracks in my loops and sounds. I have the iphone 5.
When i kick out Beatmaker 2 in output the sounds change to clear and good.
And in Backround no other apps only beatmaker audiobus and loopy hd.
I tried to reboot the iphone to get the full memory but nothing changes.
