I was considering purchasing AudioShare so I can bring BM2 wavs into Auria.

Has anyone tried this? Is it worth it?

  • Dee,
Why not use Dropbox? Auria makes it very easy to import Dropbox files.
  • I'll try it using dropbox. I have never really used it before but I will try it. Thanks a lot for the info dub.

I know dropbox is free too so I open to creating an account and trying it out.

AudioShare is the easiest option with extremely useful features.. It's well worth buying if you spend a fair bit of time making music.
  • Audio Share is definitely worth it for any music production. I have a question though, does anyone have any issues importing BM2 wavs to Auria. A lot of the times some waves are blank or don't copy over at all. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
  • Audioshare is a must have app. If you are working with iso audio.
Dropbox is also a must have. (the free account is all you need). Best way to store and load samples, export songs...etc

Wario, add a track first then you will be able to paste your bm2 wav. file.
Make sure you select the General Pasteboard from the source
    hope that helps

I'm familiar with how to copy and paste and that does work but I'm talking about importing an entire song tracked out.

For example, I finish a beat in BM2 with 16 tracks,
    Export separate tracks,
Copy all tracks to Dropbox or I use ifunbox to copy all tracks from BM2 directly to Auria,
Open Auria and start new project at 16 44.1k (that is what BM2 exports at right?) ,
Import audio from Dropbox or from inside Auria,
This is where I have issues. 1 of 3 things happen with each file. Either they copy normal, they copy but with 1 straight line in the middle like it's an empty mono file, or its just blank with no wav at all. The files do actually copy over because those same audio files are in the project folder even though some are not shown.
  • Awe sorry Wario, I have not encountered that. I go from Dropbox to Auria without a problem.
  • Well Im trying out audioshare now.

Can anyone explain how to import wavs tracks by track into audio share. Instead of recording it as one wav file with all the tracks combined?

I know that may seem complicated but I mean that I want the wavs that export to audioshare to be wavs of each track in the beat maker 2 project. Verses it being one file with all the tracks combined.

    Thanks in advance.
  • Export individual tracks from BM. send them to dropbox, open them back up in Audioshare.
  • Oh lol. If thats the case I might as well just upload the file from BM2 to dropbox and then to auria because what benefit will I be getting if I bring into audioshare first?
  • true,

Its a tool..... but here a good review on its uses....
