Loop Function not operating properly

Just like the title says. Recently updated the app, and now an Loop starts on the negative four beat.

i.e: loop is set to default start 001:1, duration is set to 001:0
A loop setup like this will start every time at -001.4 -- essentially adding an extra beat to every loop.

any one else experiencing this problem?
