downloading packs SLOOOOOWWWWWWW on wifi??

I'm running BeatMaker 2 on an iphone 5. About an hour ago I purchased the essentials pack and then started to download it. It was downloading at 2.5 mb per second on my LTE connection.. I switched over to wifi to save data and it is only downloading at 20-40 kb per second now.. I've checked my network and everything is running fine, I even switched to another network/router and I'm getting the same result. I've literally checked everything I could possibly think of, rebooted the phone, restarted the app, reset network settings, etc, and I still cannot get the essential pack to download at a reasonable speed on WIFI. Is this just me or what?

    Hey there sonicintuition,

    From which country are you connecting ? The server is in Europe (Paris).
    Slow downs might be expected from time to time, but you should reach easily 1MB / sec or more.
