Kit Downloads HELPPPPPP

Hey, I've been trying to download all these kits off the internet and I can't seem to figure out how. They're saved as ZIP files after I download them, and when I try to open them they are only able to open with Adobe Reader.     pretty sure uve mite have figured it out already
    but right click on the folder and click EXTRACT ALL
    should b accessible after you extract them
