Fix the ridiculous MIDI channel 1 default...

It is soooooooooo annoying!

You make a new song, have added some instruments and tracks and now you want to use a synth, that... unfortunately ... is set to channel 1. and fires and fires...

Why? Is channel 1 in 2016 some kind of special channel, that everybody needing an external channel wants to use? No, it is not!

    Change the channel in BM2? Or are you speaking of other apps that are locked into channel 1 or apps that default to MIDI channel 1 every time you open them? Which apps?

    He is speaking on the fact that when you open a new instrument in BM2 it is set to midi channel 1 by default and I agree with him though maybe not his tone lol. It should default at none.

    I create default templates for my most common setups with specific MIDI and Audio channel assignments and give them a name beginning with a number like 1NewTemplate.bm2 so they always appear at the top of the folder list. When I start a new project I open the template file, give it the new project name and save.
