Add dotted line for 'first pattern note' when moving notes

If you manually transpose a pattern and select all notes, the dotted lines show the boundaries of the lowest and highest notes residing in the pattern. Would be useful when lining up to the piano roll chromatic column if there was also a dotted line indicating the first note in the pattern.
