Tagging samples within nested folders

It would be so much easier to tag a large number of samples in various folder structures if samples within nested folders could be selected and tagged!

    Sub folders are not well supported as of yet in BM3, for example if you save a bank in to a sub folder inside a sub folder, it will not find its samples, i am less inclined to think that you are asking for a new feature here, and more inclined to think it is a niggle that needs a fix.
    @mathieugarcia expected behaviour ?
