I built a song in beathawk and mixed it in beathawk. I open bm3 to open beathawk au and play song and it seems like I get a different mix thru beatmaker. Anyone come across this before?

Sample rate ?
Pan settings ?
Volume settings ?
Have you checked this by using the Beathawk AU in a different host to BM3, to see if it is the AU that is different and not BM3 ?
For the record this should not be happening,audio files from both would be very handy for listening and then null testing.
