The Auto-Scale feature lets you stretch a sample to a specific bar length : for example, 1/16th of a bar, 2 bars, etc.
This is mostly useful for loops : you can easily set the perfect length, matching the song tempo.
The 1.3 user's manual should be available very soon. Stay tuned !
if you added the ability to export kits made on the phone, i'd insist on paying more
