DigMe - Bouncy Electronic (you might get a laugh too)

I found time in between caring for my newly adopted son to put this together (mostly sitting next to him while he was asleep! Could have only done it with Beatmaker!). I've been wanting to do something with these vocal samples for a while. Search "turtle man" on Youtube to find my inspiration for this track.

I didn't have time to listen to the upload right from Soundcloud before work so I hope it went alright!

Me?! Seriously! Like I said...search Youtube for the turtleman and you'll find it. It's amazing. I used Audacity to pull clips from that video.

I used all 16 pads on this one because it took so many pads just to divide up each vocal clip into snippets.

Dude you have improved a lot.
"The Turtle Man" track is so simple, but I really dig it. The bouncy sound is so strong, it fills the space.

"the things we've been given" I didn't like the first time I heard it. Then SoundCloud played it again as I wrote this post, and I thought, man that tune is pretty cool. It's also simple. Very ambient, it's cool to listen to while your doing something else like typing up a forum post.

Then SoundCloud played "slow and sudden" again (as I write this), same Ambient coolness (except there's one sample I recognized a BM kit, I overused it on a song so it annoys me for that reason).

"saul jam" -- still not diggin it, but it's your first track.

Thanks a lot for the comments, angles. I hear a lot of things now that I would have done differently on those tracks but overall I'm happy with my evolution with this program. I'm pumped about the track I'm currently working on in which I've made my own loops and sounds as far as the main loops and melodies go.
