I just tested creating a new pattern 32 bars long, opened it, placed a note at 25, dropped the pattern into the timeline, made sure the start point of the pattern is indeed at 1, and the note shows in the song timeline at 25 as well. If you scroll all the way to the left, does your pattern start at 1 in the song timeline?
Actually I believe I can see in your screenshots that the yellow track doesn’t start at 1, looking at the top left track helper. That must be the issue. Generally you would create a pattern that appears in multiple places in the timeline, or perhaps just once but not at the start of the track. It looks like you might be using one mega pattern on each of your tracks, which is all fine if that’s the way you wanna work! You just probably want to slide that pattern to the left to make it start at 1, if you want the pattern and song bar markers to line up.
