Bit too happy for me personally, really felt like an 80s pop vibe beyond the drums.
For that kind of happy vibe you need to make the vocals a bit more jump up, hype style like fatman scoop or something.
Hiphop is a genre that on the face of it should be the easiest to make, but the sum is always more than the parts, it will take you a while to find YOUR flow
