IAA "Load" button stays greyed out after IAA plugin has been unloaded "(already loaded)"

I can reproduce this bug at any time. I have tried with these plugins: Korg Gadget, Korg iPolysix, Loopy HD, Samplr.

I am using the stock settings on BM3.0.6, with an iPad Pro 12.9" 128GB
