FX List Jumps to Top When Scrolling After Reopen 3.0.9

It was a great addition to save the state of the FX list view, meaning if you scrolled down in the FX list, then closed it, it now opens back up to the same position in the list from when you closed it. However, after opening it back up, scrolling in either direction makes the view jump to the top of the list. You can tweak controls before scrolling just fine, but once you scroll you're back at the top and have to rescroll down.
