BUG: Metronome Focus Action still does Tap Tempo 3.0.10 and below (UNRESOLVED)

We already have a Tap Tempo focus action to map to physical/virtual hardware. The Metronome focus action is doing the same action as Tap tempo but with clicks included and is redundant. I noticed while turning my metronome on/off rather quickly and my tempo changed. Suggest tap tempo be pulled from metronome focus action. Will cause unwanted tempo changes. @mathieugarcia lol, its also extremely hard to tap a tempo this way. Kinda funny video below!
