Some glitches

I have the new ipod touch with headphone microphones. Ok so the two glitches that bother me are, When the ipod locks and I unlock it none of the sounds work and there all choppy. and another Is when im recording audio sometimes when I press stop it just exits out of the recording menu and I can't edit it i usually fix this by unplugging the mic, trying it than plugging it back in. When the iPod locks and the audio gets all mangled like that, I find that if I just unplug and replug my headphones that it solves the problem. I'm thinking that glitch has more to do with Apple's firmware than it does with BeatMaker.
