Joey Livingston - Keeping It a Mystery (Electro)

This is my first notable attempt in BeatMaker. The instruments are from one of the artists’ kits that came with the app, "Rucker Park" by Rafiralfiro.

    Interesting...but I liked "Not Fun at All" more, it was even more 'out there'.

    I used the hi-hat loop from "Rucker Park" (which you are using in this track) as the starting point for a whole composition, check out "Rumble and Click" on this board. I think Rafiralfiro 's kits are the most interesting and diverse of the bunch provided by Intua.

    Yeah, Rucker Park is a great kit, and it was a great place to start for me on BeatMaker, so I'm grateful for it.

    Thanks again for the comments, elemental. I like your work too. I think I commented on one or two a month or so ago, but forgot to thank you for your feedback.

    Very good work .

    I don't like the others tracks because it's not my kind of music , but this one is great .

    I specially like the bass <!-- s;) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink" /><!-- s;) -->

  • Very well done -- the build is a little slow FOR MY PERSONAL TASTE but nevertheless there. Coolest thing I've heard on the site so far. Great job, can't wait to hear more. Cheers

    Sorry, guys. I've had a lot going on lately, and forgot about these threads.

    You might be right about that one, PD. To be honest, I wasn't crazy about this piece after I finished it for that very reason (but I usually don't go back). After listening to it numerous times since then, though, I think I like it a bit better. I certainly understand where you're coming from though.
