No, saving and reopening yes, but the location does not need to be the main directory.
Most of these crashes/missing samples are either from not saving or duplicating samples and moving end start points and not trimming.
I have seen so many dodgy projects by forum users that just needed the loaded samples trimmed down and the project was then working fine and fast again.

Personally, I don't have a problem with the next battle being all about Synthmaster One. No self-respecting iOS musician should be without it TBH, so save those pennies and pick it up before the price-hike.

I disagree. A file is either saved or it isnāt. If it has a name and an adress it has no business dissapearing on me.
Edit: had more coffee and realised I probably shouldnāt take it personally when a sample dissapears š¤
